In the My Support section you are able to create, track and send support tickets to the Absolute0 staff. 
To add a new ticket:
- Click on the Add New Ticket button
- Give the ticket a subject by summarizing your request.
- Select a category that relates to your request.
- Add description details of your request.
- Select if you need a quote for the work that will be done
- Click Add Ticket button that sends email to A0 and adds ticket to your account for tracking purposes.
