Our accessibility goal

The goal is to provide a clear, navigable, responsive website that follows practical WCAG 2.2 AA expectations where feasible, including readable content, meaningful page structure, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive links, appropriate alt text, and sufficient visual contrast.

What we are working to support

  • Semantic headings and landmarks where appropriate.
  • Keyboard navigation for menus, forms, links, and interactive elements.
  • Visible focus states and clear calls to action.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Plain-language page structure and labels.

Known limitations

This website is being rebuilt and improved. Some third-party tools, embedded content, chatbot behavior, legacy assets, or browser/device combinations may not fully meet every accessibility expectation at all times. We will prioritize issues that block access to key information, forms, navigation, or service requests.

Third-party content

Some content or services may be provided by third parties, such as hosting tools, analytics, maps, embedded media, email platforms, fonts, or chatbot/AI providers. Absolute 0 does not fully control the accessibility of every third-party system but will choose and configure tools thoughtfully where practical.

Response approach

Accessibility feedback will be reviewed and prioritized based on severity, impact, and feasibility. If you cannot access information or submit a form, we will try to provide the information or complete the request through an alternate channel while the issue is reviewed.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. As this site evolves, Absolute 0 will continue improving structure, content, interaction patterns, and compatibility.
