Plesk Interface
With Absolute 0's new servers, you now have the ability to take more
control over your e-mail accounts. Individual users can change their
passwords, and control spam/virus settings for incoming and outgoing
messages.
Logging into your interface:
- Open your internet browser and type:
Https://www.yourwebsite.com:8443 when
the window pop ups hit ok and it will take you to the Plesk login screen.
- Type in your e-mail address and your password and hit the login
button, this will take you to the interface.
- If you would like to change your password, click on your e-mail click on the preferences
button. Once inside just type in the new password, confirm the password
and click ok, it's that easy.
- To enable spam filtering, click on the mailbox button. Here you see
the option "enable spam filtering" just check the box to enable spam
filtering and hit ok.
- To redirect your e-mail (forward) or alias an e-mail to another
e-mail address, click on the redirect option. Once inside make sure the
redirect box is checked, type in the e-mail address that you would like
your mail to be redirected to and click ok.
- If you would like to setup a mail group click on the mail group
button. Click on add new member, type in the e-mail address and hit ok.
Once back to the mail group main page click on enable, that all there is
to it.
Spam settings
- Click on spam filtering button. Here you can edit your white list (marked and not spam) and black
list (marked as spam).
- To add an address to the white or black list, enter the e-mail
address under the e-mail pattern and then click add.
- To remove an address from either list just click on the address you
would like to remove and click the remove button, and now your ready to
manage your own e-mail account
